| | Personality On the surface, aloof and slightly detached from happenstances. Luluko would be seen as an apathetic and smart, albeit lazy, teenager who cared little for the world because one person can't really change things, after all. Pretty, popular, and well-liked by her peers, she would most likely be the cool and unreachable girl in school.
Underneath that persona, though, is a bitter and determined mind that managed to conquer and change the world in under two years. Luluko believes that the end justifies the means, and can be mercilessly ruthless when it comes to doing something she believes is RIGHT. No matter what the circumstance, no matter what the tragedy, anything can be used to an advantage and it is inexcusable not to do so. She is the ideal leader that would make Machiavelli fall to his knees in praise, and she is not above twisting the minds of others to get what she wants. With time, patience, and the right words, there is very little that Luluko cannot accomplish.
Even deeper into her persona, though, is a very kind and loving girl who wants nothing more than to live in a peaceful world where the weak are not oppressed and everyone's rights are equal to each other. She detests her father, and detests his words about the world being unequal, and believes the no matter what, people should be given a choice and a right to live as they will. It's quite hypocritical to her power, which is the command others to do her bidding. Her contactor, CC, more than once mentioned that she is too kind for such a terrible burden and power, and those who only see her as either the apathetic student or the ruthless conqueror would not agree, but it's quite true. Luluko's motivation for changing the world was because she wanted to create a peaceful world for her crippled and blind sister, Nunnally, to live in.
The thing you have to remember most about Luluko is that she is a lying liar who lies if put in a situation that would reveal a weakness. She tries not to lie to those she cares about, but in the end, it is her lies that she clings to in order to change the world.

| | History Luluko vi Britannia is the seventh princess of the Holy Empire of Britannia and seventeenth in line for the throne. (Since Lelouch was 11th prince and 17th in line for the throne.) Her father was the 98th Emperor Charles zi Britannia and her mother the legendary Marianne the Flash, who was a famous test pilot for the then-new Knightmare Frames (mecha). She has one full-blood younger sister four years younger than her, Nunnally vi Britannia, and numerous half-siblings in line for the throne. Her early years are pretty blurred with the exception that she challenged her siblings to chess a lot as a young child, and never lost to anyone outside of her brother Schneizel. For the most part, it's indicated that she led the charmed life of a young princess until her mother was assassinated when she was ten years old, and Nunnally crippled and blinded as well in the attack. She brought the issue of her mother's assassination to the Emperor, who dismissed her claims and concerns, disowning her when she spoke out vehemently against the Emperor for not protecting Marianne better or finding time to visit Nunnally in the hospital. Afterward, she and Nunnally were sent to Japan as political hostages before Britannia decided that they would rather invade Japan than keep diplomacy with it; disregarding the lives of the young princesses.
It was in Japan that Luluko made her first friend, Kururugi Suzaku, who later took drastic actions in order to protect Luluko and Nunnally. And it was in Japan, seeing the devastation of war and the streets lined with corpses thanks to Britannia's greed and disregard of human life; that Luluko swore to destroy the empire that controlled most of the world.
The series actually takes place seven years later, after Luluko has changed her family name to Lamperouge and faked her and her sister's deaths. On her way back to school from a gambling match, she is sidetracked by terrorists who apparently have just captured a poison gas container, which turned out to be a prison for an immortal witch named CC who gave Luluko the power of Geass- allowing her to issue one command to a person that they would not be able to disregard. Luluko's first command was for the group trying to kill her, to kill themselves. After the room was filled with their blood, that was when Luluko realized that she would use this power in order to fulfill the promise she made to Suzaku to bring down Britannia. She created an alternate persona named Zero who would be the hero of justice that would free the Japanese people from the tyrannical Britannians, and create a place where her sister Nunnally could live in peace without worrying about their father finding and using them again.
Throughout the series, Luluko continued to pile up lie after lie in order to bring success to Zero's fraction, the Black Knights. She decided that she would never lie to Nunnally, and that she would help Suzaku... yet those plans were shattered after an evolution of her Geass that accidentally commanded her gentle half-sister Euphemia to massacre the Japanese people. Luluko was forced to kill her sister Euphemia to stop her slaughter, and through that, wore another lie that won her the loyalty of the Japanese, but caused all her loved ones to doubt and betray her when they found out. In the end of the first season, it was Suzaku who betrayed her identity and turned her in to the Emperor, who sealed away her memories and sent her back to live as a normal high school Academy student.
It was due to CC that Luluko regained her memories and recreated her rebellion, this time much more successful and on a more global scale as her Black Knights created a new nation and soon rallied half the world to her confederation. But as more and more people either betrayed her once they found out the truth or died because they cared about her, Luluko decided that her last act would be to finally have her vengence on Charles zi Britannia. She managed to kill him, but not before finding out shocking revelations on her mother's supposed death and the grand plans that Charles had to create a peaceful world where everyone would live in harmony. Luluko rejected the idea of that world by claiming that Charles would take away the free will of others, and that she wanted a future where people could decide on their own that peace is the best option. Afterward, Luluko managed to seize the Britannian throne as the 99th Empress with Suzaku as her Knight of Zero. She had a plan to create that peaceful future, and used her Geass power ruthlessly in order for the people to realize that despite her just rules and betterment of equality laws, that she was a dictator who needed to be destroyed. Through a battle with her brother Schneizel where Luluko managed to win a weapon that would hold the world hostage, she declared herself the one and only ruler of the world and that anyone who opposed her would be silenced.
The world was in fear of her for two months before Zero once again reappeared to the world and managed to kill Empress Luluko and the world rejoiced as one for her death, finally coming together in peace in a way that could never have come through conquest and war. Zero was hailed as a hero of justice once again and the demon queen Luluko would never live to see the peace that she had created through her plans to crucify herself to give the world happiness and peace.

| | Special Abilities, Etc.Genius-level strategist. The only person Lulu has ever lost to in chess is Prince Schneizel. She also cooks very well (although it's mostly because she follows the textbook to the decimal), and has amazing sewing skills.
She also still has her Geass, whether it is limited or disabled through her death. Luluko has the power to give one command to anyone who looks her in the eyes, and they would have to obey the command no matter what (although not sure if it works on anything other than human). This power is limited to one command per person, and she most likely will not find a need to use it unless someone is in danger.
Worst Nightmare: I think she's just about lived her worst nightmares, from when she thought her younger sister died (and went slightly nuts) and when everyone had abandoned her, to a world ruled by the dictatorship that was her father. For her, every day was a nightmare, although I suppose that now that she's dead... the nightmare would probably be that no matter what she did, she managed to make no difference in the world. That even despite her hard work and plans, despite dying in order to bring peace, people continued to hate and war with each other, and that her sister Nunnally would be caught in the middle of it and hate her for it.
Other: I'm pulling Luluko in after her death, so she's quite the changed person. She has no more reason to lie because she's fulfilled her goals already, and will be pretty much unfazed by most things because she basically expected her soul to end up in hell or something similar because of what she's done in her life.
...and GUYS. XD;; I would really, totally appreciate the people who can tell me where my icon pictures come from. I pulled everything off Akibakko and I'd really like to credit the artists in each icon. *doesn't know where else to find Luluko pics* |
